Many fixes to regestering and unregistering receivers.  Added some other try/catch.

I think I got them all this time.

In the service.java I had made several errors registering recievers with this versus application.  I fixed them all to now use application.

Capturing local changes prior to pulling Russion translations

Per issue 254 added implementaiton to move keystore properties to a properties file so I could add build.gradle back to repo.

Removed SMS features.
